Natural, unpigmented (white in appearance), injection moulded POM materials. All the grades listed can be coloured using the following masterbatch CELCON MB-S315F (black coloured masterbatch). All are for use with water up to 85°C.
'CELCON F10-03H BBK & CELCON F10-03H BK'. Black coloured, injection moulded POM materials. For use with water up to 85°C. 'CELCON F10-52H'. Natural (appears white), injection moulded POM material. For use with water up to 40°C.
'TC-7808-19'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet dated June 8, 2019. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe IL 6001-120S'. Factory applied, blue coloured, fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate to be coated for 15 minutes@200°C and coating applied as per manufacturer's TDS dated '22 August 2018'. Post-cure for 15 min@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chosui Coat Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy resin coating, Mix base:hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS 'CN：IF438122003', dated '03/06/2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C and then 7 days@60°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polymer Admixture 850'. Site applied, white coloured liquid primer/sealer. Mix 'Polymer Admixture 850' & water in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet dated Jan 2023. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Supranite 2400'. NBR/fibre gaskets which are white coloured on one side and dark cream coloured on the other, manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'UW TPE HEA-ISO (manufactured from NAKAN HEA 407 EX)'. White coloured (translucent), extruded TPE hose. Shore hardness 66. Tested in-radius size 0.39mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Promag D - Flowtube'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA flowtube. For use with water up to 60°C.
'3802B'. Black coloured, extruded MDPE material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'HEPWORTH uPVC Pressure Pipe'. Grey coloured, extruded uPVC pipe. For use with water up to 60°C.
'+GF+ uPVC Pressure Pipe'. Grey coloured, extruded uPVC pipe. For use with water up to 60°C.
'VULKODURIT 1250 KTW'. Dark grey/brown coloured, Ebonite rubber material made by extrusion and calendaring. Shore hardness 72D. Tested in-radius size 2.0mm. For use with water up to 40°C.
'E7331'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.8mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘0548’. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. Between March 2023 and August 2023, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between September 2023 and March 2028, the material is for use with water up to 80°C.
'EP80R-01'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Butyl IIR 6038 diaphragm'. Black coloured, injection moulded Butyl diaphragm. Shore hardness 64 ShA. Tested in-radius size 1.25mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
Range of wall mounted electric showers (various finishes). The E2WXX, E2BXX & E2GXX models incorporate a solenoid valve controlling the flow, which includes a combined plastic and stainless steel strainer and a plastic flow regulator on its inlet. The E1WXX & EW1WXX models incorporate a manually operated push button valve controlling the flow and plastic strainer on the inlet. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Range of non-verifiable double check valve assemblies consisting of two spring loaded resilient trim in-line check valve cartridges housed in a DZR brass body with nickel plated or natural finish. Models with compression connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057). Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Models 12.10152.015.CP02-8511 & 12.10152.015.CP5R-8511 have a maximum operating temperature of 65°C. All other models have a maximum operating temperature of 85°C
