'DICOAT 60EX'. Factory applied, two-component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Cure for 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ECO-Coat FBE Black Powder PFC/5010'. Factory applied, black coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'Doc/PFC/710', revision 1, for 3 minutes at a metal temperature of @220°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application conditions that appear on the approval. If the application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PROTECSOB BEC3'. Factory applied, mustard coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference '28712'. Cure for 15 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 70°C. From December 2023 the coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Monolevel 844SP'. Site applied, grey coloured, polymer modified cementitious mortar. Mix mortar with water in a weight ratio of 5:0.6. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Bulletin No. ML844SP/031/010' issued July 2020. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'DiChem Tiestop'. Site applied, grey coloured cementitious repair mortar. Mix 'DiChem Tiestop' and water in a mass ratio of 9.4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Rev 4, 02.22'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Teadit NA1006'. Green coloured NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by mixing and calendaring. For use with water up to 65°C.
