Electronically controlled heat interface units (HIU) with twin stainless-steel plate heat exchangers providing space heating and instantaneous hot water. The cold inlet supply to the plate heat exchanger incorporates an isolation valve and a water hammer arrestor. The space heating circuit incorporates an expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve (set at 3.0 bar). The product is supplied with a filling loop assembly consisting of an elbow shaped copper pipe, isolation valve and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 3) which incorporates an isolation valve. The cold mains inlet and the domestic hot water outlet each incorporate a brass bodied spherical valve with a butterfly handle. Maximum working pressures and operating temperatures: Primary: 16.0 bar and 90˚C. Domestic hot water (DHW): 10 bar and 65˚C. Secondary (space heating): 2.5 bar and 85˚C.
Range of vertical vented cased copper cylinders with indirect coils. The secondary circuit incorporates a thermostatic mixing valve. The inlet consists of a ball valve with strainer, inline non verifiable single check valve and mini shock arrestor. Cylinder are supplied with a factory fitted immersion heater. Maximum working pressure - secondary 6.0 bar, primary 2.2 bar. Maximum operating temperature - secondary is 60°C, primary 85°C
Range of ice making machines which incorporate a solenoid valve to control the flow. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of commercial ice making machines which incorporate a solenoid valve controlling the flow. Maximum working pressure 7.8 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of rotating piston, volumetric in-line water meters with brass bodies. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Water meter incorporating a brass inner body, a plastic outer body and liquid silicone ‘O’-rings. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 50°C.
Range of flow meters incorporating black epoxy coated ductile iron bodies and EPDM ‘O’-rings. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 50°C.
Water hammer arrestor with brass body. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Range of isolation valves with a brass body (various surface finishes - see model) and either a quarter turn ceramic disc (PEX-230-C/P and PEX-231-C/P models) or a non-rising spindle (all other models) with various operating members (see model) and NBR ‘O’-rings. The inlet of the PEX-230-C/P and PEX-231-C/P models incorporates a stainless-steel strainer. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of water meter couplings with black plastic bodies. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only
