'EBYK' Georgios Peftitselis S.A. Enamel Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'MS1555A' dated 12-10-18. Cure for 14 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CEC-GFS Enamel, Black Blue RAL5004'. Factory applied, blue/black (appears black) coloured, enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ZZ-Ins001', dated '2021.01.01'. GFS-G base glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 12 minutes at 870ºC. GFS-S surface glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 10 minutes at 830ºC. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempadur 35560 Light grey (10500), Light red (50900) & Cream (20320)'. Factory applied, grey, light red coloured & Cream, two-component epoxy coatings. Each colour can be used as a base or topcoat and as a two-coat system. Mix base and curing agent in a 6.8:2 volume ratio. Apply Light Grey and Light Red as per manufacturer's Application Instructions issued 'November 2019'. Apply Cream as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated 'December 2023'. Cure Coat 1 for 16 hours@20°C. Cure Coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. Between December 2022 and November 2024, the Light Grey and Light Red were for use with water up to 40°C. Between December 2024 and December 2027, Light Grey and Light Red are for use with water up to 60°C. The Cream coating was added to the approval in May 2025 and is for use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Welmortar-III'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 2:3:0.85. Apply as per manufacturer's Standard Operating Procedure 'WDIPL/QA/WI/14A', revision '0', dated '01.10.2021'. Cure for 21 days at 30°C & 70% humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Corro Coat EP-F 5001'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated '24 September 2021'. Cure for 2.5 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘E1H8691 ValveClad, E1H8868 ValveClad & E2H6531’. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coatings (manufactured in UK and France). Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions dated January 2023. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C (metal temperature). E1H8691 ValveClad and E1H8868 ValveClad are for use with water up to 23°C. E2H6531 is for use with water up to 70°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Xypex Concentrate'. Site applied, grey coloured, cementitious coating. Mix 'Xypex Concentrate' with water in a 5:2 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet 'DAT-CON-UK, REV-06-21'. Cure for 3 days@7°C in damp conditions, following by 18 days@7°C. Please note that 1 day cure = 24 hours. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ for use with ‘Conplast RP264 Admixture'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious mortar and admixture. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ comprises of cement, sand and Microsilica. Mix cement and sand dry in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add the microsilica in a 1:0.05 mass ratio with the cement content. Add water in a cement/water mass ratio of 1:0.32. Add the admixture in an admixture/ cement ratio of 8ml:1000g. Mix rigorously until an even consistency is achieved and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions reference ‘2328’, dated 13/01/2023. Cure for 28 days@ between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
