Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, Wilo Grün nach Muster/IW80 Hardener (green coloured) & Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, RAL 9011 Graphitschwarz/IW80 Hardener (black coloured). Factory applied epoxy coatings. Mix in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per Berger-Lacke Technical Data Sheet (rev. 41-06.11.2023). Cure for 7 days at 22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. ‘Pilotpack 3480, 5035, 3435, 4040, 7099, 3408, 3410 & 5020’ range of gland packings. 3480 & 3435 are dark grey coloured, graphitised PTFE based. 5035 is yellow & black coloured, graphitised PTFE/aramid based. 4040 is grey coloured, graphite based. 7099 is white coloured, acrylic/PTFE based. 3408 is white coloured, lubricated PTFE based. 3410 is white coloured, lubricated PTFE based. 5020 is light yellow coloured, lubricated aramid based. All grades are for use with water up to 85°C. For use only as gland packing material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
