Air Source Hot Water Cylinder range of cased and insulated, unvented hot water storage cylinders (enamelled steel) of the package type incorporating heat pump module. The DHW circuit includes a factory fitted temperature & pressure relief valve (Caleffi) set at 7 bar and 95˚C . The safety kit incorporates a pressure reducing valve (Caleffi) set at 3.5 bar, strainer, check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2 and an expansion valve (Caleffi) set at 6 bar, expansion vessel (Reflex) and a tundish (Caleffi). The temperature of the hot water is controlled by a factory fitted manual control (set at 60˚C) and a high pressure switch positioned on the heat pump module (maximum temperature 65˚C) The cylinders are factory fitted with standard dual control immersion heater. Immersion heater incorporate control and manual resetting thermostats (maximum 89˚C). Maximum working pressure 5.5 Bar Maximum operating temperature 75°C. Maximum supply pressure to the pressure reducing valve is 12 bar. Maximum working pressure of the primary circuit 3.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
