Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '1008', dated '20221008'. Cure for 9 hours at 60°C & 95% humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. 'A/W AQUA (A) Epoxy 100'. Site applied, pale straw coloured epoxy/linseed oil waterproof coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Document 'FSQP-707-05' dated '2021.01.04'. Cure for 6 hours under UV light (wavelength 365μm) at a distance of 150mm. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘MasterProtect® 180’. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating consisting of Part A (grey coloured liquid) and Part B (colourless liquid). Mix Part A and Part B in a mass ratio of 87:13 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'MBS_CC-UAE/Pr_180/ /03_23'. Cure coat 1 for 36 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@20°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Titan A202'. Site applied, pale yellow coloured hydrophilic polyurethane foam. Apply as per manufacturer's Tech Sheet '03', dated '10.01.2023' and spray treated surface with water. Cure for 6 hours at an ambient temperature (19-21°C). For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. '7EP2114 'O'-rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O'-rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘2061 VMQ 60’, red coloured, injection moulded silicone rubber 'O' rings, washers and lip seals with a shore hardness of 60. ‘2172 VMQ 70’, blue coloured, injection moulded silicone rubber 'O' rings, washers and lip seals with a shore hardness of 70.
