'N70N06G Seal'. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR seal. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C. When processing an application for WRAS Product Approval, this is the only shape of component covered by the approval.
'N8018AA'. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR rubber material. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'01/N50 VMQ, 01/N60 VMQ & 01/N70 VMQ White. 01/M50 VMQ, 01/M60 VMQ & 01/M70 VMQ Red. 01/L50 VMQ, 01/L60 VMQ & 01/L70 VMQ Blue'. Range of injection moulded silicone rubber `O` rings and gaskets available in white, red & blue colours. Shore hardness between 50 & 70. Tested in-radii size of between 1.0mm and 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'OHJI Silicone Rubber Karyu3-type'. Grey coloured, extruded Silicone rubber material. Shore hardness 30. Tested in-radius size 2.75mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Loxeal 83-50, 83-50 T, 83-50L, 83-50HT & 83-50AL'. Green coloured anaerobic adhesives. For use with water up to 85°C. These products are to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
'LOCTITE® 2400™'. Blue coloured, liquid anaerobic adhesive. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet reference ‘2’, dated November 2024. For use with water up to 23°C. These products are to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
'LOCTITE® 6300™’. Green coloured anaerobic adhesive. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet reference ‘0.1’, dated November 2024. For use with water up to 85°C. These products are to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
'LOCTITE® 5400™’. Yellow coloured anaerobic adhesive. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet reference ‘0.3’, dated November 2024. For use with water up to 85°C. These products are to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
'Weld-On 705 ECO Clear PVC cement'. Clear solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet '705 ECO-09-2024'. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
