Dry for 2 hours@100°C before firing for 10 minutes@860°C For use with water up to 75°C. This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Promag'. Factory applied, black coloured (once mixed), polyurethane primer and topcoat manufactured in Suzhou, China. Mix components A & B of the primer in a 1:2 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '13-01-2022' Cure for 2 hours@23°C. Mix components A, B & C of the topcoat in a 92.59%:5.19%:2.22% volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '13-01-2022'. Cure for 20 seconds@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PVEF undercoat with Fluiglide Topcoat’. Factory applied, cream coloured (once mixed and applied), coating system comprising of ‘Polyglass VEF’, two-component glassflake vinyl ester undercoat and ‘Fluiglide’, two-component polyester topcoat. Mix and apply ‘Polyglass VEF’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference 2/23’ dated ‘5th June 2007’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Cure for 24 hrs@20°C (±1°C). Mix and apply ‘Fluiglide’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference ‘4/01’, valid from ‘23rd October 1995’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Cure for a minimum of 6 days@20°C (with a lower tolerance of -1°C). These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Orgal® Hydroflex 10'. White coloured, acrylic polymer emulsion cement modifier, which is a liquid additive intended to be mixed with cement to achieve a coating. Mix cement:additive:water in a 197.5:30:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2/18'. Cure for 28 days@23°C and @50% relative humidity. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Aropol M 105 TA WRAS’ (formerly known as ‘Aropol M 105 TA’) & ‘Enguard GE NTRL HH WRAS’ (formerly known as ‘Enguard GE NTRL HH'): Translucent straw coloured (glossy one side textured the other), polyester laminating resin manufactured by hand lay-up & gelcoat (brush applied), sheet material. ‘Aropol M 105 TAXR’ & ‘Enguard GE WHI S WRAS’ (formerly known as ‘Enguard GE WHI S’): White coloured (glossy) on one side, translucent straw coloured (textured on the other), polyester laminating resin manufactured by hand lay-up & gelcoat (spray applied), sheet material. Apply as per Ineos Composites method statement ‘Preparation of laminated products for freshwater applications (WRAS)’, ‘code R071, edition 2’ dated 19.1.22. Cure for 9 hours at 23°C with 2% of MEKP-50 catalyst, post-cure for 24 hours@50°C and wash part thoroughly in water before use. For use with water up to 23°C. ‘Supercast SW20 (red), Supercast SW10 (black) & Supercast SW30 (green)’. Extruded, PVC waterstop materials. ‘Supercast SW20 (red)’ is for use with water up to 50°C. ‘Supercast SW10 (black) & Supercast SW30 (green)’ are for use with water up to 23°C This material is for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992 with respect to normal frequency of joints. The material has been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre as specified in BS 6920: Part 1.
