Section Code 2010 : Blending, thermostatic.
Back To Directory SectionsWall mounted, thermostatic blending valve shower sets, incorporating a ceramic disc headwork with single lever operating member controlling and diverting the flow to either overhead shower outlet or shower handset. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome shape operating member incorporating a manual override button. Each inlet incorporates an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The product is supplied with a chrome plated wall elbow, shower hose, shower handset and overhead shower with arm. The shower handset has a plastic strainer on the inlet. The overhead shower and the shower handset inlets incorporate a plastic flow regulator. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Range of wall mounted, exposed bar type, thermostatic shower mixing valves (chromium plated brass) incorporating a non-rising spindle headwork controlling the flow with a dome operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic with a dome type operating member incorporating a manual over ride button. Both inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection and stainless-steel strainer. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60 °C
Range of wall mounted two-hole, thermostatic blending valves (chromium plated brass) incorporating a non-rising spindle headwork with single lever operating member. Both inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and approved single check valve cartridge however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides adequate backflow protection. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge and dome operating member. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of wall mounted two-hole, single outlet (fixed), thermostatically controlled combination tap assemblies (chrome plated brass). Flow is controlled and diverted, between the spout outlet and shower outlet, by a manual diverter. The diverter of model 3663602665083 diverter is operated by turning the spout through 90 degrees. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge. The spout outlets incorporate a plastic aerator. Each inlet incorporates a stainless-steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Concealed, wall mounted thermostatic shower blending valve with combined bath overflow and filler. The product incorporates a 3 way manual diverter (2 on, 1 off) to control the flow between either a shower outlet or a combined bath filler and overflow. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge. The diverter and thermostatic cartridge have single lever operating members. Both inlets to the main shower valve as well as to the combined bath filler/overflow incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The inlets to the main shower valve also incorporate a stainless-steel strainer. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C
Wall mounted, exposed, bar type thermostatic shower valve (chromium plated brass) incorporating a two-way ceramic disc headwork controlling and diverting the flow to either an overhead shower outlet or shower handset (not supplied). The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge incorporating a manual override button. The products are supplied with the following operating members: cube (SH-T8089 model), dome (SH-T80810 model) or cross top (SH-T80811 model). Each inlet incorporates a stainless-steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar, Maximum operating temperature 85°C
Range of wall mounted thermostatic blending valves (chromium plated brass) incorporating a single sequential headwork with a single lever operating member. The inlet couplings incorporate a plastic flow regulator & plastic strainer. The outlet incorporates an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60ºC
Range of concealed ‘T’ type thermostatic blending valves (chromium plated DZR brass bodies). The inlets incorporate a stainless steel strainer and single check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrates it provides backflow prevention. The inlets of models PEG402UA, PEG402UAX, TX402UA, TX402UAX incorporate spherical valves. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Range of concealed wall mounted thermostatic shower valves with brass bodies incorporating quarter turn ceramic disc headwork and a two-way, half-turn ceramic disc manual diverter. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a manual override button. The inlets incorporate approved check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The inlets on the ½” models also incorporate stainless steel strainers. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Range of thermostatic blending valves (chromium plated or nickel plated brass). Both inlets incorporate a plastic strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
