'Jerlac High Build Bituminous Black'. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's work instruction document 'GPC/WI/10' issue no. '01', dated 03/01/2018. Cure for 72 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tuffkote Bituminous Aluminium'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component crude oil bitumen coating. Mix in a 17.1:2.9 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'SPL/PMG/2019100166', 'Rev 2', dated '04/2024'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'P.HSR 42.5-010Y'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's usage instructions 'JXT/JS02-10', edition '1/0', dated '2021-11-30'. Cure for 240 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SWEP Sealix Coating'. Factory applied, colourless (translucent) silicon dioxide coating. Apply as per manufacturing instructions ref. 'Sealix-2020-01' dated 2020-01-01. Cure for 3 hours@300°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue & Green. Factory applied, green or blue coloured epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dammam, Saudi Arabia). Apply as per manufacturer's MTI '001 - 2024 - SA – EN'. Cure for 4 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electroline ES 424'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A and Part B in a volume ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ECL/ TDS / ES424', version '0', dated '05.01.2024'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eco Coat Epoxy Blue Patch Up Paint (PFC/1017)'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:2 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'DOC/PFC/PU/101', dated '01.04.2024'. Cure for 8 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ELM EPX 13'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions to end users reference no. 'ELM/2019/10/001' dated '23/08/2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@130°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
