Excelsior Range of Direct and indirect unvented storage cylinders. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar @ 90˚C. The product is supplied with an inlet control group (safety kit) consisting of a pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.0 bar, strainer, an expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and a check valve cartridge (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). A range either concealed or exposed wall mounted thermostatic mixing valves with brass bodies (exposed models are chromium plated). Models NU-089, NU-119 incorporate ¼ turn ceramic disc headworks. Model NU-119 & NU-109 incorporate a manual diverter with a shut off. All models incorporate a thermostatic cartridge that controls the temperature. The inlets of all models incorporate stainless steel filters and approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a manual override button. The products have dome type operating members. Each inlet incorporates a combined EPDM washer and stainless steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
