'Nylon 11'. Factory applied nylon coatings available in white or grey colours. The substrate the coating is to be applied to is heated to 310°C for 30 minutes and the coating applied as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-09-19 Rev. 6' dated April 22, 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@270°C. The white coating is for use with water up to 23°C. The grey coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SOLID-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and mortar in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's User Instructions 'SOLID-196', 'Vision: A-2', dated '2019-8-28'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue and Jotapipe AC - 1003 Green'. Factory applied, blue or green coloured fusion bonded epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dubai, U.A.E). Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 26th September 2019. Cure for 2 minutes@245°C. The blue coating is for use with water up to 85°C. The green coating is for use with water up to 23°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MAVM554'. Factory applied, blue coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'FR.07.03.18', dated 09.19. Cure for 10 minutes at 160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'ET-52184 & ET-52185'. Factory applied, black coloured water-based silicone coating comprising of an under-coat (ET-52184) and finishing coat (ET-52185). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V8.2' issued January 2019. Cure both undercoat and finishing coat for 10 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ELM EPX 13'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions to end users reference no. 'ELM/2019/10/001' dated '23/08/2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@130°C. 'Polyflon PTFE TC-7808-19 Grey PTFE Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 'June 8, 2012'. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C.
