Factory applied, grey-blue coloured enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘issue 02/2016’ dated 05.10.2016. Cure for 6 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'Apcoguard SF156'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component solvent-free epoxy coating. In January 2024, 'Apcoguard SF156', factory applied, red coloured, two-component solvent-free epoxy coating was added to the approval. Mix base and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Application Guidelines 'APPPG/SF156/001', dated 'Aug-2017'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Poly Guard-HBSFLE-FG-8248 (red)'. Red coloured, 2 component (base and hardener) epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's 'Product Data Sheet and Application Instructions TRPL' issued 'Oct 2015'. revision '02, Dt: 15th Feb-21'. Cure for 7 days at 25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RC851 S'. Factory applied, mustard coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference 'NT-0230-UK-081222-A', dated 08/12/22. Cure for 15 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 70°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EBYK' Georgios Peftitselis S.A. Enamel Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'MS1555A' dated 12-10-18. Cure for 14 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SGPAM-CN-WB01 - Black'. Factory applied, black coloured water based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'PAMPIPE-TDC-WA04'. Cure for 30 min at 50°C plus 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CEC-GFS Enamel, Black Blue RAL5004'. Factory applied, blue/black (appears black) coloured, enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ZZ-Ins001', dated '2021.01.01'. GFS-G base glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 12 minutes at 870ºC. GFS-S surface glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 10 minutes at 830ºC. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempadur 35560 Light grey (10500), Light red (50900) & Cream (20320)'. Factory applied, grey, light red coloured & Cream, two-component epoxy coatings. Each colour can be used as a base or topcoat and as a two-coat system. Mix base and curing agent in a 6.8:2 volume ratio. Apply Light Grey and Light Red as per manufacturer's Application Instructions issued 'November 2019'. Apply Cream as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated 'December 2023'. Cure Coat 1 for 16 hours@20°C. Cure Coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. Between December 2022 and November 2024, the Light Grey and Light Red were for use with water up to 40°C. Between December 2024 and December 2027, Light Grey and Light Red are for use with water up to 60°C. The Cream coating was added to the approval in May 2025 and is for use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Welmortar-III'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 2:3:0.85. Apply as per manufacturer's Standard Operating Procedure 'WDIPL/QA/WI/14A', revision '0', dated '01.10.2021'. Cure for 21 days at 30°C & 70% humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Tankguard DW White’ & ‘Tankguard DW Grey’. Site applied, two-part epoxy coatings. ‘Tankguard DW White’ may be used as a one-coat or two-coat system. ‘Tankguard DW Grey’ may be used as a one-coat or two-coat system. ‘Tankguard DW White’ & ‘Tankguard DW Grey’ may be used as a two-coat system, with either White or Grey as the water-contact coat. ‘Tankguard DW White’ & ‘Tankguard DW Grey’ each comprise of two parts (A & B) which are to be mixed in a volume ratio of 2:1 before applying as per manufacturer's Application Guide issued '17 October 2022'. Cure each coat for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval, then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tiefill'. Site applied, grey coloured cementitious repair mortar. Mix Tiefill with water in a weight ratio of 9.4:1 and apply in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use 'bulletin no. TFILL/031/003, issued 'July 2020'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Crystic VE660'. Olive coloured, contact moulded GRP material. For use with water up to 23°C.

'EW Gasket Material'. Black coloured EPDM gasket material which is injection moulded and then spliced. Shore hardness 65A. Initial tested in-radius size 3.9mm. In March 2023, the tested in-radius size was increased to 4.4mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'E65-04BL-G / Black'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.95mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'EPDM 1570'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'MRP-EN-50, MRP-EN-55, MRP-EN-60, MRP-EN-65, MRP-EN-70, MRP-EN-75 & MRP-EN-80'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials with a shore hardness of between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 0.88mm. For use with water up to 65°C.

‘EP70A9OF’. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.06mm For use with water up to 23°C.
'AA6KWZ, AA7KWZ, AA8KWZ and AA9KWZ'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials with a shore hardness of between 60 & 88. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. AA6KWZ is for use with water up to 65°C. AA7KWZ, AA8KWZ and AA9KWZ are for use with water up to 23°C.
