'ENDOPRENE® 864'. Factory applied, cream coloured, two-part Polyurethane coating. Mix parts A and B in a 66:34 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '26/11/2024'. Cure for 50 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocement CEM III/B-SR - Ramco Slag'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 0.6:1.0:0.22 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WP-08-05 I, issue no. 04, Rev. 0', dated '22.08.2024'. Cure for 24 hours at 27°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GM2025'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'GMSM01' dated '2024.11.16'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Wudu brand-NF 131118'. Factory applied, black coloured, two-component, water based epoxy coating. Mix in a 9:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMCN-V2', dated '20240821'. Cure for 1 hour@50°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Dicoat 60 EX Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'SPL/R&D/TTD/UI/007', version '01', dated '03.11.2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPONICS WP-NS (No. 20170209)'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-component, solvent free epoxy resin coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a weight ratio of 7:3 and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘1838-K’ dated February 2017. Cure for 168 hours@30°C, then 168 hours@60°C and 'rest' for 168 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CP231200'. Factory applied, two-part water-based epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'File No. HBB-01', 'Version: A', dated '2024.6.30'. Cure for 24 hours@26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotaguard VA 5001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet dated 9th November 2015. Cure for 2 minutes, 30 seconds@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'90000 KANEPOX SF-A'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A and component B. Mix and apply as per data sheet ‘Rev. No. 01’ dated January 2024. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TOHPEPOWDER#6150 SHK GRAY QD'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per Tohpe Corporation instructions no '4230904550B'. dated 'Jan 28, 2025'. Cure for 5 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'KLINGERSIL® C-4240'. Off-white coloured NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
'KLINGERSIL® C-4430'. NBR/fibre gasket material, which is green coloured one side and white coloured the other, manufactured by calandering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Busan-Tank'. Light grey coloured, hot pressed GRP panel. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Resinex™ KW-H'. The following grades were added to the approval in June 2025: ‘Resinex™ KW-H Na, Resinex™ KW-Na, Resinex™ KW-H K & Resinex™ KW-K’. Cream coloured ion exchange resins. For use with water up to 85°C.
