Range of wall mounted, concealed thermostatic basin mixing valves with brass bodies. Temperature is controlled via a thermostatic cartridge and flow is controlled by solenoid valves actuated by an infrared sensor. The outlet incorporates an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C.
The products incorporate two check valve cartridges, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3), a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 1.0 bar and 3.0 bar (but pre-set at 2.5 bar for 523.815 model and 1.4 bar for the 523.816 model). The product incorporates a push type valve which allows water to flow when operated until the required pressure is achieved. There is a drain port below the push valve piston chamber. Compression connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN 1057). Maximum supply pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
