'H/E16018'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured electrostatic enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '00', dated '30.08.2017' and cure for 4.5 minutes at a peek temperature of 850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KOROGUARD 20 RED & GREY'. Factory applied, two-component epoxy coatings available in red and grey. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 'Jan 2024'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'APLICAPROOF PUA P'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev - 06/2024'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'APLICAPROOF PU W'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured (once mixed and applied) polyurethane resin coating. Mix components A & B in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev -06/2024'. Cure for 6 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempadur 35560 Cream Coating with Hempadur 15590 Red Primer'. Factory applied, cream coloured, two-component epoxy coating for use with epoxy primer. ‘Hempadur 15590 Red Primer’ is a two-component primer to be mixed in a 15:4 volume ratio and applied as per manufacturers PDS dated ‘October 2024’. Cure for 16 hours@20°C. 'Hempadur 35560 Cream’ is a two-component coating to be mixed in a 6.8:2 volume ratio and applied as per manufacturers PDS dated ‘May 2024’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JAZLINE DW'. Factory applied, two-component, light green coloured epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS issued '1 / 2022'. Cure for 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'P • HSR42.5'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement:medium sand:water in 1:1.4:0.45 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Version 03', dated '29th-07-2024'. Cure for 3 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Enviroline 2405'. Site applied, off-white coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy. Mix parts A (light grey, opaque liquid) and B (white, opaque liquid) in a volume ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Ref:10139', 'Issue Date:8/21/2017'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ELS 108 & ELS 101'. Extruded, multi-layered hoses comprising of a black coloured PVC inner layer, white coloured polyester middle layer and grey coloured PVC outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
