'ELECTROCOAT BP 1119'. Factory applied, black coloured Bituminous Paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS Document No: 'ECL/ TDS / BP-1119-Bituminous Paint', Issue Date '10-Aug-20', Version No: '01'. Cure for 12 minutes at 45°C, followed by 10 hours at 28°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AK-SSIC'. Grey coloured, sintered silicon carbide ring component. Between January 2024 and March 2024, the component is for use with water up to 23°C. From April 2024, the component is for use with water up to 85°C.
'JM 9-2910'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'edition no.1', issue date 2019-9-5. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`WEY-Black, WEY-Red & WEY-Blue`. Factory applied epoxy coatings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's TDS dated '24/11/2021'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TEFRO®cor 150SW-LV'. Grey coloured, factory applied epoxy coating. Mix in a 6:1 weight ratio (4:1 volume ratio) and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet, 'Revision Status 02/11/2023'. Cure for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'18521 Kanepox Lining Free Cream or Red for use with Kanepox Hardener 0362'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A (18521) and component B (0362). Mix and apply as per date sheet ‘Rev. No. 11’ dated February 2018. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Hempadur 3556K’. Factory applied, cream coloured epoxy coating consisting of a two-part primer and two-part top coat. The two-part primer is Hempadur 15590 red (56880) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 7.93:2.14 and applied as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. The two-part top coat is Hempadur 3556K cream (20320) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and applied as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated March 2024. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Hempadur 3556K’. Factory applied, cream coloured epoxy coating consisting of a two-part first coat and two-part second coat. The two-part first coat is Hempadur 3556K light red (50900) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and then cured for 24 hours@20°C. The two-part second coat is Hempadur 3556K cream (20320) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and then cured for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempaline® Defend 630 Cure 72', blue coloured coating. Between February 2024 and April 2025, the blue coloured coating was for use with water up to 50°C. Between May 2025 and February 2029, the blue coloured coating is for use with water up to 80°C. In May 2025, 'Hempaline® Defend 630 Cure 72', white coloured coating was added to the approval. For use with water up to 80°C. Factory applied, two-part epoxy phenolic coatings consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix base and curing agent in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated May 2025. Cure for 6 days@20°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PRIMER NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A’ Primer for use with ' HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 ' top-coat. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied) primer and finish-coat. Mix base:hardener of primer in a 100:10 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS February 2024. Then apply top-coat as per manufacturer’s TDS February 2024. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ES 988 DWPU'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed).
