Range of stainless-steel plate heat exchangers. Maximum working pressure 10 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Range of wall mounted combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger and pressurised central heating system. The primary circuit incorporates a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar and an expansion vessel. The products are supplied with a temporary filling loop which incorporates a combined isolation valve and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3), stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly and an isolation valve. The secondary circuit (DHW) incorporates a stainless-steel strainer. The primary circuit incorporates isolation valves on the flow and return. Maximum working pressures: DHW: 10.0 Bar CH:2.5 Bar Maximum operating Temperatures: DHW: 65.0°C CH: 85.0°C
Range of inline water meters with blue epoxy coated cast iron body. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use.
Range of pressure, flow and temperature sensors. The VFI sensors have stainless steel bodies, all other models have plastic bodied sensors. The MFS and VFS models are supplied with a plastic (composite) or stainless-steel flow pipe. The VFI models are supplied with a stainless-steel flow pipe. The products can also be supplied with a range of fittings/end connections (see model and size). Maximum working pressures: ITS, LPS, RPS, MFS (composite flow pipe) and VFS (composite flow pipe) models: 24.0 bar. CPS models (added February 2024): 24.0 bar. DPS: Models with vent hole: 16.0 bar. All other models: 24.0 bar. MFS (stainless steel flow pipe) and MFS (stainless steel flow pipe): 30.0 bar. VFI non-flanged models: 30.0 bar. VFI flanged models: 30.0 bar or as per flange PN rating 16.0 bar or 25.0 bar (whichever is lower). Maximum operating temperature 99°C.

Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 85°C
Permanent filling devices for primary heating and chilled water closed circuits in domestic and non-domestic premises. The mains and closed circuit system pressures are continuously checked by two pressure sensors and their differential monitored by microprocessors. If the mains pressure is adequate and there is a drop in system pressure, then the two solenoid valves operate to allow water into the system via the transfer chamber. At all other times the normally open solenoid valve drains the transfer chamber to waste, via tundish (meeting the requirements of an air gap to drain), and allowing air to be admitted via an automatic air vent to create an atmospheric disconnection across the transfer chamber. Stainless steel strainer on the inlet supply. Mikrofill 3: Maximum working pressure 5.0 Bar. Cold water use only. Mikrofill 3 Pro (72846): Maximum working pressure 9.0 Bar. Cold water use only.
Range wall mounted elbows (XX 1799 YY & XX E 1799 YY) and compression (XX 1749 YY & XX 1825 YY) fittings with brass bodies (various finishes, see models). Open outlet use only.
