Range of high pressure and low pressure thermostatic mixing valves. Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve and temperature is thermostatically controlled. Low pressure models incorporate a pump. The inlets of the valves incorporate an isolation valve, stainless steel strainer and a single check valve cartridge however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides adequate backflow protection. The valves can be supplied with a shower rail, hose, handshower and/or ceiling mounted shower outlet. Valves with ‘HP’ in model have a maximum working pressure of 5.0 bar. All other valves marked with ‘LP’ have a maximum working pressure of 1.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 45°C
Range of concealed, wall mounted, thermostatic blending valves, (brass bodies, chrome trim sets). The products can consist of quarter turn ceramic disc or detent headworks, two-way diverter cartridges and a thermostatic cartridges (see models). All models incorporate approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 65°C
Range of T-type thermostatic mixing valves (chrome plated DZR brass). The 521928 model incorporates stainless steel strainers in the inlets and approved check valve cartridges, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Maximum working pressure: 10.0 Bar. Temperature: 90°C
Range of piston type float operated inlet valves with brass bodies and backnuts. Maximum working pressure 8.0 or 10.0 bar (please refer to model). Cold water use only.
Wall mounted, flow control valve (either stainless steel or brass body various finishes) incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with a single lever operating member. The compression fitting is for use with copper tube complying with BS EN 1057. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 60°C
Latching solenoid valves with a plastic body and an EPDM diaphragm. The inlet incorporates a stainless-steel strainer. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 65°C
Range of spherical valves with nickel plated brass bodies, chromium plated brass balls, PTFE seals, NBR and/or FKM ‘O’-rings. incorporates a stainless-steel strainer. Also incorporate a magnet. Maximum working pressure: See PN in brackets under model. Maximum operating temperature: Cold water use only.
Range of spherical valves with a single lever or ‘T’ handle operating member. The products have a DZR brass body and a chrome plated DZR brass ball, except for the models with the ‘-OT’ suffix, models have (nickel-plated brass bodies) and chrome plated brass ball. The products are supplied with various end connections (see model). Maximum working pressures: 15mm to 28mm = 40 Bar 35mm = 25 bar 42mm to 54mm = 16 bar (All models). 42 to 54mm = 10 Bar (4E05, 4E05-OT, 4E06 and 4E06-OT models) Maximum operating temperature 40.0°C
Range of lever operated spherical valves with stainless steel bodies and ball with PTFE seats. Maximum operating pressure 16.0 bar (2019S) or 63.0 bar (2013ND & 2006SC-FW).
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 85°C
Range of quarter turn, lever handle or butterfly operated spherical valves with nickel plated brass bodies, chrome plated brass balls and PTFE seals. For use with copper pipe BS EN 1057. Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
