Range of nylon braided (DG50E model series) or stainless steel braided (DG10E model series), EPDM lined flexible hose assemblies with a variety of end connections (see models for full breakdown), including EPDM washers and ‘O’-rings where applicable. Some models are supplied with screwdriver operated isolation valves (see model list). All compression and push-fit fittings are to be used with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057). Maximum working pressure: 16 bar. Maximum operating temperature: 85°C.
Range of indirect and direct unvented storage cylinders. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar @ 90˚C. The product is supplied with an inlet control group (safety kit) consisting of a pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.0 bar, strainer, an expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and an approved check valve cartridge (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). A tundish and expansion vessel are also provided. Maximum working pressures: Primary: 3.0 Bar Secondary: 5.5 Bar Solar: 3.0 bar Maximum operating temperature 90.0°C
Range of cased and insulated stainless steel unvented water storage heaters. The DHW circuit includes a factory fitted combined temperature and pressure relief valve set at 6.0 bar and 90˚C. The product can be supplied with two possible safety kits (inlet control groups). One includes a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 1.5-6.0 bar, (but set at 3.0 bar), a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and a pressure relief valve pre-set at 4.5 bar. The other includes a pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.0 bar, an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection, and a pressure relief valve pre-set at 4.5 bar. The product is also supplied with an expansion vessel and a tundish. The compression connection of each inlet control group is for use with the following pipes: Both for use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057). The inlet control group without an adjustable pressure reducing valve can also be used with PB pipe (with inserts) (manufactured to BS EN 7291-2:2010) and PEX pipe (with inserts) (manufactured to BS EN 7291-3:2010). Maximum supply pressure to inlet control group pressure reducing valve: 16.0 bar. Maximum working pressure 4.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 99°C. Cold supply only.
Range of wall mounted, concealed, manually operated blending valves (brass bodies) incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. Maximum working pressure: 10 Bar. Maximum operating temperature: 65°C.
