`VIP Universal Pipe Lubricant`. Translucent, amber coloured, soya oil lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's technical datasheet issued 'Nov 2019'. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘RTP 199 X 146499 S-202865 White’. White coloured (opaque), injection moulded PP material. For use with water up to 50°C.
'RTP 0199 X 155521 Natural'. Natural (appears beige coloured), injection moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 50°C.
`Soltane F/B 197`. White coloured, extruded thermoplastic polyurethane material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'7EP1197 Gasket'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM gasket. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. '7EP1197 'O'-rings' were added to the approval in March 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O'-rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP01961PWRC'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Gebatout2'. Green coloured, polymer sealing paste. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions, 'version 11' dated 23/09/19. For use with water up to 85°C.
'40810813 (3019 THF Free)'. Colourless (transparent) solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's fact sheet 'TDS00481' dated 20th July 2018. Cure for between 24 hours and 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Astral PVC Gel'. Clear, transparent (un-pigmented) solvent cement, (intended to join PVC pipe and fittings). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions review date '2019-09-11'. Cure for 20 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
