Range of plastic bodies spherical valves (black, white and grey) incorporating either a screwdriver slot, lever or handwheel operating member (model specific). The pushfit connections are for use with DM LLDPE tubing (not supplied) and PEX barrier pipe (manufactured to BS7291-3). When used with DM LLDPE tubing (not supplied) the supplied black or grey pipe inserts must be installed. When used with PEX barrier pipe the supplied beige pipe inserts must be installed. Grey body valves, for sizes 6-12mm and ¼”-½” pushfit: 7.0 bar @ 65°C. Black and white body valves, for sizes 6-15mm and ¼”-½” pushfit: 12.0 bar, cold water use only and 7.0 bar @ 65°C. When used with PEX Barrier pipe (manufactured to BS7291-3): Grey body valves, for sizes 15-22mm, 5/8” and 7/8” pushfit: 12.0 bar, cold water use only. Black and white body valves, for sizes 15-22mm, 5/8” and 7/8” pushfit: 12.0 bar, cold water use only and 7.0 bar @ 65°C. All fittings which incorporate a barbed end connection are open outlet use only.

'Powercron 451B'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CR451B/CP573X', dated 'Sep 24, 2024'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TML Dalmia Sulphate Resisting cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.50:0.50 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/004', dated '09/06/2025'. Cure for 4 hours@28°C. Then 4 hours@45°C. Then 6 hours@40°C (humidity greater than 85%). Then 666 hours@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'M-AC010'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user manual 'rev. 2.0R' dated 10/10/2024. Cure for 20 minutes at 180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZX-9 Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating Blue & Red'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ZX-9-HX' dated '2025.4.25'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VETOPROOF EC720'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a 84.8:15.2 weight ratio and apply three coats as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'MoS-SA-G1104-M-AK-09-23', dated '18 September 2023'. Cure first coat for 24 hours at 23°C, second coat for 24 hours at 23°C and third coat for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VETOPROOF EC722'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a 85.4:14.6 weight ratio and apply three coats as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'MoS-SA-G1101-M-AK-09-23', dated '18 September 2023'. Cure first coat for 24 hours at 23°C, second coat for 24 hours at 23°C and third coat for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
