Range of wall mounted thermostatic blending valves with chrome plated brass bodies and ceramic disc headwork with a dome type operating member. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge also with a dome type operating member. Inlets incorporate single check valve cartridges however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides adequate backflow protection. The products are supplied with a shower hose and handset. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C
Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves with brass bodies (chromium plated) incorporating a ceramic disc controlling the flow to the shower (for some models it diverts the flow to a hand shower or overhead shower) using a dome type operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member incorporating a manual override button. Inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and an approved single check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum operating pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 50°C
Range of lever operated spherical valves with nickel plated DZR brass (-8511 model) or nickel plated brass (-8510 model) bodies and chromium plated brass balls. Compression connections are for use with copper pipes (manufactured to EN 1057). The product incorporates an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Wall mounted shower valve (chrome plated brass body) incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member. The outlet incorporates an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 65.0°C
Inlet control group with a DZR brass body, consisting of a pressure reducing valve and pressure relief valve (4.5, 6.0 or 8.0 Bar). The inlet incorporates a stainless-steel strainer, and the outlet incorporates an approved check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The product is for use with copper pipe to BS EN 1057. Outlet pressure range of the pressure reducing valve is 1.0 to 4.0 bar Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 85.0°C
Monobloc manifold containing an in-line pressure reducing valve (Adjustment Range between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, but factory pre-set at 3 bar) and a pre-set expansion relief valve (pre-set pressure 6 bar) housed in a DZR brass body with an EPDM rubber diaphragm. The product incorporates also a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Inlets and outlets have compression connections, for use with copper pipe to EN1057. Maximum working pressure 12 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Range of inlet control groups with a DZR brass body, consisting of a pressure reducing valve and pressure relief valve set to 6bar. The outlet incorporates a single check valve cartridge verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2. Pressure reducing range 1 bar to 6 bar Maximum working pressure 10 Bar Maximum operating temperature 85°C
Range of inlet control valves with DZR brass bodies. The valves consist of an adjustable pressure reducing valve set at 3.0 bar, pressure relief valve set at either 4.5, 6.0 or 8.0 bar. The valves also incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). For use with copper pipe to BS EN 1057. Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
‘NS’. Site applied, grey coloured chemical anchor resin which is supplied in a pre-mixed cartridge. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions 'Version 23.04.2025'. Cure for 4 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
