Mix Part A (KOBECASE PS-6031) with Part B (COBENATE I-362) in a 100:100 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. no: 02', dated '16.02.2022'. Cure for 4 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PolyQuick® P-500 PW'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'v. 05-2025'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SOLID-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and mortar in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's User Instructions 'SOLID-196', 'Vision: A-2', dated '2019-8-28'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KOD-E-2024/1'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'T264', revision '00', dated '16.07.2024'. Cure for 25 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TIANYI SUNS-011'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and mortar in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's User Instructions 'Tianyi Suns-0023', version 'TYS-02', dated '2021-05-04'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SikaTop®-107 Seal AE'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part coating. Mix parts A and B in a 1.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'V1', dated 'Feb 2025'. Cure Coat 1 for 3 hours at 30°C. Cure Coat 2 for 21 days at 30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Evercrete Vetrofluid'. Site applied, colourless, cement waterproofing liquid. Apply two coats as per manufacturer's instructions dated '01 JULY 2024'. Cure Coat 1 for 4hrs 40mins@21ºC and Coat 2 for 36 days@21ºC. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NATCEM AC'. Site applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix 'NATCEM AC' and water in a weight ratio of 5:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Use 'Issue 4', dated '16 September 2024'. Cure for 4 hours@0°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sinopec Water Pipeline Joint Lubricant (Si) (product code: 509164)'. Clear, translucent silicone base lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C.
'AMIANTIT HDPE Pipe'. Black coloured (with blue stripe), extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 50°C. Please note that only pipes marked with 'HE3490' are covered by the scope of the approval.
'7644'. Black coloured PE foam tape to be applied as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 23°C.
'NORYL WM300G-701 (black), NORYL WM300G-960 (grey), NORYL WM300G-801 (beige) & NORYL WM300G-845 (beige)'. Injection moulded PPE+PS materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
