This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Corro Coat EP-F1003HW Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated '31 July 2018'. Cure for 4 minutes@245°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`Suns-02`. Grey coloured, factory applied cement mortar. Mix, apply and cure as per user instructions 'doc: SUNS-U110320, version B` dated 2015-12. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Between 1st May 2021 and 30th March 2022, the cement mortar is suitable for use with water up to 23°C. Between 31st March 2022 and 31st May 2026, the cement mortar is suitable for use with water up to 60°C
'BSS-P'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instruction's 'BSS-D0001' dated '2020-12-10'. Cure for 7 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XH-S'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix sand, cement and water in a 1.5:1.0:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 3 hours@23-25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ferolite NAM 30'. Green coloured fibre/NBR gasket material manufactured by calendaring. Shore hardness 42A. For use with water up to 65°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'S-006'. Cream coloured, compression moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 23°C.
'S-002'. Cream coloured, compression moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 23°C.
'G.Beslux Bessil EH-00 Silicone Paste'. White coloured, opaque silicone grease/paste. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Tecnite SC 250 W Lubricating Grease'. Uncoloured (translucent) silicone oil/grease. For use with water up to 85°C.
'RILSAN® BUM 30 O'. Grey coloured, injection moulded PA material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'CP Polytec 80A'. Extruded polyethylene pipe comprising of a blue coloured outer layer and black coloured inner layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
