'CD 101 Grey Sealing Disc'. Grey coloured ceramic disc component manufactured by powder pressing, sintering and grinding. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Rubalit A1896 Sealing Disc'. White coloured ceramic disc component manufactured by powder pressing, sintering and grinding. For use with water up to 85°C.
'AK-SSIC'. Grey coloured, sintered silicon carbide ring component. Between January 2024 and March 2024, the component is for use with water up to 23°C. From April 2024, the component is for use with water up to 85°C.
'JBG-SRPC Plus'. Factory applied, sulphate resisting Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JBIL/IFU-01' dated '29.01.2024'. Cure for 28 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JBG-OPC Plus'. Factory applied, grey coloured, ordinary Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JBIL/IFU-01' dated '29.01.2024'. Cure for 28 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A-BI.5431 Primer for use with HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 Coating’. Factory applied, dark blue coloured (once applied), powder coating for use with two-part epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B of primer in a 100:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hrs at 20°C. Apply coating as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024 and cure for 21 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
