Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, Wilo Grün nach Muster/IW80 Hardener (green coloured) & Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, RAL 9011 Graphitschwarz/IW80 Hardener (black coloured). Factory applied epoxy coatings. Mix in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per Berger-Lacke Technical Data Sheet (rev. 41-06.11.2023). Cure for 7 days at 22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'RTU AL 5002'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'TDS/05002', version '09-2023' and fire for 7 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. Mix in a ratio of 2:1 and apply as per product sheet 'revision no. 4' dated 'May 11, 2023'. Harden for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Flexseals 163 Green'. Green coloured fibre sheet material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
'Fibre Gulf'. GRP pipe which is has a brown/yellow coloured water contact layer and a beige coloured outer layer, manufactured by filament winding and contact moulding. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Pemaron660G6W NC01'. Natural (appears off-white), injection moulded, glass-reinforced PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Vydyne A 50 GF Black WR'. Black coloured, 50% glass fibre reinforced, injection moulded PA66 material. Between June 2023 and May 2025, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. From June 2025, the material is for use with water up to 85°C.
'Vydyne A 30 GF Black WR'. Black coloured, 30% glass fibre reinforced, injection moulded PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Vydyne A 50 GF Natural WR'. Natural (appears off-white/beige), 50% glass fibre reinforced, injection moulded PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'POLIMID A SG NATURALE WR'. Natural (appears white in colour), injection moulded PA 66 material. In February 2025 'POLIMID A SG BLACK WR-PA66', black coloured, injection moulded PA 66 material was added to the approval. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Kalde PE-X'. Off-white coloured, extruded PE-X pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Power Plastic HDPE Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded HDPE pipe (manufactured from SABIC P6006). For use with water up to 85°C.
