The indirect models incorporate an expansion vessel (on the CW inlet of the DHW circuit) and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar (on the space heating circuit). The indirect models only are supplied with a temporary filling loop, which comprises of a stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly and a lever operated spherical valve for connection to the primary circuit. The angled cold water inlet incorporates an isolation valve and a branch to connect to the filling loop, which includes a double check valve assembly (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Under counter electric instantaneous water heater with a stainless steel tank. The flow is controlled via a solenoid valve. The product is supplied with a 3 way isolation valve (15mm compression x 15mm compression x ¾” BSP (M)), as well as a filter head and filter cartridge for installation prior to the under counter unit. LLDPE tubing and pushfit connections are provided for connecting between these items. The filter head inlet incorporates an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
