‘E1H8691 ValveClad, E1H8868 ValveClad & E2H6531’. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coatings (manufactured in UK and France). Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions dated January 2023. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C (metal temperature). E1H8691 ValveClad and E1H8868 ValveClad are for use with water up to 23°C. E2H6531 is for use with water up to 70°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'NP-TANK 500 PW'. Factory applied, white coloured (once mixed), two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating. Mix Part A (white liquid) with Part B (dark amber liquid) in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. 06/22'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AMMT-029 Waterborne Anticorrosive Coating'. Factory applied, black coloured acrylic modified resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Users 'version 2.00', updated '11/01/2021'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Xypex Concentrate'. Site applied, grey coloured, cementitious coating. Mix 'Xypex Concentrate' with water in a 5:2 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet 'DAT-CON-UK, REV-06-21'. Cure for 3 days@7°C in damp conditions, following by 18 days@7°C. Please note that 1 day cure = 24 hours. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ for use with ‘Conplast RP264 Admixture'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious mortar and admixture. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ comprises of cement, sand and Microsilica. Mix cement and sand dry in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add the microsilica in a 1:0.05 mass ratio with the cement content. Add water in a cement/water mass ratio of 1:0.32. Add the admixture in an admixture/ cement ratio of 8ml:1000g. Mix rigorously until an even consistency is achieved and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions reference ‘2328’, dated 13/01/2023. Cure for 28 days@ between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Carlow Tank Mix 1'. Factory prepared, grey coloured concrete mix. Mix and apply as per statement from ‘Carlow Concrete Tanks', dated '23rd January 2023' Cure for 7 days@21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Mega Fix IT PW'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy putty. Mix Part A (white coloured putty) with Part B (cream coloured putty) in a 1:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's label instructions ‘00000765 Mega Fix-IT PW (MULTI Product Label) v3u.indd 16/05/19’. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CPP-GRE12' & 'CPP-GRE951' Pipes. Yellow/green (translucent) coloured GRE pipes manufactured using a two-step process which involves hand lay-up and then filament winding. For use with water up to 70°C.
'SL6015 Silicone Hose'. White coloured (translucent), extruded silicone hose. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.

'HW-EPDM'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM sheet materials. Shore hardness 50, 60, 70 and 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. The 50 shore hardness material is for use with water up to 65°C. The 60, 70 & 80 shore hardness materials are for use with water up to 60°C.
‘51M5577, 51M6077, 51M6577, 51M7077, 51M7577, 51M8077, 51M8577’. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 55A & 85A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'APE 55 N'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 55. Tested in-radius 1.1mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
