This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote® 46-60 Red Brown'. Factory applied, red-brown coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 19/11/2019. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPY2-II'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instruction 'REV-202012-2' dated '11.12.2020'. Cure for 7 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SC4'. Factory applied, clear PTFE coating, intended for use with `O` rings, seals & gaskets. Apply as `Superior Group Quality Management System Procedure Reference 8.6’ referenced in document `LDAP-008 issue 1` released 01/05/2020. For use with water up to 85°C
'SYI-03'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.6. Cure for 4 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'HPL 2510 PW'. Factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a weight ratio of 2.78:1. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Crystic 3846 BE (transparent, brown coloured) & Crystic 491 EPA (ME)’ Transparent, brown coloured and translucent, pale yellow coloured, contact moulded GRP materials. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Badadur PBT9 GF30 graphit 371 (grey coloured) & Badadur PBT9 GF30 Alpinweiss 230c (white coloured). Injection moulded Polybutylene terephthalate (30% glass fibres) materials. For use with water up to 65°C.

'kSil GP40 - GP-70'. Extruded, silicone rubber material available in translucent (which appears off-white), black, white, red and blue colours. Shore hardness between 40 & 70. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.15mm & 6.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
