‘Tempomix 3’ range of self-closing combination tap assemblies (chromium plated brass) with spring loaded headwork controlling both the flow and temperature with a dome type operating member. The spout outlets incorporate a plastic flow straightener. The inlet hoses each incorporate a plastic strainer and a plastic flow restrictor either side of an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The 794000 and 79400015 models are supplied with ⅜” BSP (M) x ⅜” captive nut inline isolation valves. The 79400015 model is also supplied with a ⅜ BSP (M) x ½” BSP (M) brass adaptor. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of shower hoses available in a variety of external sheath materials and finishes (see models) with EPDM washers. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of EPDM or PVC lined flexible hose assemblies with either nylon braided, or chrome plated interlocking outer layer (see models). Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Stainless steel braided, silicone lined flexible hose assembly with brass end connections Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
‘Comet’ combination units consisting of a cased and insulated stainless steel unvented hot water storage cylinder. The cylinder primary circuit is fitted with an in-line electrical heater which supplies the heat source to the secondary water via a stainless-steel coil, and the heat source to the central heating circuit directly. The cylinder is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve, pre-set at 7.0 bar 90 degrees. The unit is supplied with an inlet control group containing a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), pressure reducing valve set at 3.0 bar and an expansion relief set at 6.0 bar. An expansion vessel is factory fitted to both the secondary and primary circuits within and is positioned inside the casing. The primary circuit also incorporates a circulating pump and pressure relief valve which is set at 3.0 bar. Maximum secondary working pressure 5.5 Bar Maximum Primary working pressure 2.5 Bar Maximum operating temperature 65.0 °C
Range of “MEGAAIR” bubble top indirect and direct single coil unvented storage cylinders. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 10.0 bar@90˚C. A safety kit (manifold) consisting of a single check valve assembly, verified by test (suitable for backflow prevention against fluid category 2), strainer, an expansion relief valve set at 8.0 bar and a pressure reducing valve set at 3.0 bar and a tundish is also provided. Alternative inlet control group and temperature and pressure relief valve added January 2023. Maximum working pressure: Secondary circuit: 7.5 bar. Primary circuit: 6.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 65°C
Range of 2, 3 or 4 way manifolds with a brass body. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
