'Tankguard 412'. White coloured, factory applied, 2 part epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 6 November 2015. Cure for 7 days@23°C. Between 1st November 2021 and 27th July 2022 this coating is for use with water up to 23°C. Between 28th July 2022 and 30th November 2026 this coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Powercron® 6070'. Factory applied, black coloured, electrodeposition coating. Apply and cure as per technical data sheet ‘LT/F-16-128’ dated October 20th 2016. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Flogul® 645 Vert 6013'. Factory applied, green coloured paint. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet dated '11/09/2018'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (Cement-SDC)'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 2 hours and 30 minutes@45°C and 85 relative humidity. Then cure again for 3 days@30°C and 80% relative humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (Cement-SIL)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 2 hours and 30 minutes@45°C and 85 relative humidity. Then cure again for 3 days@30°C and 80% relative humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Fybar PT 60' (light green on one side and beige on the other). Fibre/NBR gasket material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'SF4300'. Nitrile rubber/aramid fibre, calendered material which is white coloured on one side and green coloured on the other side. For use with water up to 23°C.
`BK Standard Lubricant`. Clear (colourless), translucent, soap based lubricant paste. For use with water up to 60°C.
'UBE NYLON 1015GC350'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'EcoPaXX® Q-DWX6 BK00002 & EcoPaXX® Q-DWX10 BK00002’ (black coloured). 'EcoPaXX® Q-DWX6 NA99001 & EcoPaXX® Q-DWX10 NA99001’ (natural – appears beige). Injection moulded polyamide materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
