‘NMSP2104 M & ER2104A01SM'. The following coatings were added to the approval in March 2025: ER2209A01SC, ER2252A01SC, ER2259A01SC & ER2260A01SC. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual 'PEM 38', edition '01' dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Nylon 11'. Factory applied nylon coatings available in white or grey colours. The substrate the coating is to be applied to is heated to 310°C for 30 minutes and the coating applied as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-09-19 Rev. 6' dated April 22, 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@270°C. The white coating is for use with water up to 23°C. The grey coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SWEP Sealix Coating'. Factory applied, colourless (translucent) silicon dioxide coating. Apply as per manufacturing instructions ref. 'Sealix-2020-01' dated 2020-01-01. Cure for 3 hours@300°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
