‘BSS R/G System’. Grey coloured, factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of ‘BSS Red and BSS Grey’. ‘BSS Red’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. ‘BSS Grey’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure Coat 1 for 3 hours@35°C and Coat 2 for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Nitocote EP 405’. Site applied, two-part,white coloured epoxy based Waterproofing coating. Mix 3.1 litres of the base with 0.9 litres of hardener and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘UAE/0228/22/K’. 'Belzona 1111 (Super Metal)'. Grey coloured, site applied, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (dark grey, opaque paste) with Part B (light grey, opaque paste) in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturers IFU ’02-07-23’. Cure for 1 day@30°C or 5 days at 5 °C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
