Whitewolf Alpha ranges of Direct, Indirect, Solar Single, Solar Twin, Slim Direct and Slim Indirect stainless steel insulated unvented hot water storage cylinders with external expansion. The DHW circuit consists of a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar and 90°C, an inlet control group consisting of a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, an expansion relief valve (SRV) set at 6.0 bar, a strainer and a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) also supplied with a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressures - Primary circuit 6.0 bar, Secondary circuit 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65˚C.
Range of automatic air venting valves with a brass body and a plastic float. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 115°C.
Automatic air venting valve with brass bodies, stainless steel float and EPDM ‘O’-rings. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 120°C.
Range of wall mounted, concealed, manual blending valves incorporating brass bodies and quarter turn ceramic disc headworks. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Range of wall mounted, concealed, manual blending valves with either a dome type or single lever operating member. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Range of wall mounted, concealed, manually operated blending valves with brass bodies (various finish trim kits - see model) incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Wall mounted, manually operated blending valve, (brass body with a chromium plated brass trim set), incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member controlling temperature and flow, and a manual diverter controlling the flow to the shower hose and handset or a secondary shower outlet. The product is supplied with a shower hose and handset. The handshower outlet connection and the shower handset inlet both incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Thermostatic mixing valve with a brass body within a plastic outer case. Flow is controlled via an electronically operated ceramic cartridge via a motor. Temperature is controlled via a temperature sensor that electronically adjusts the ceramic cartridge via a motor. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wall mounted bar type thermostatic shower valves (chromium plated brass) incorporating a 2-way ceramic disc diverter headwork controlling the flow between an overhead shower outlet or a shower handset with dome or cube type operating members. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with dome or cube type operating member that also incorporates a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved single check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wall mounted concealed thermostatic shower valves with DZR brass (F4000/HF concealed part) or brass bodies. Flow is controlled by either a 3-way (2 on, 1 off) or 4-way (3 on, 1 off) ceramic disc shower to shower diverter headwork (see model) with a dome type operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member that also incorporates a manual override button. The inlets incorporate a single check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
