Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member that incorporates a manual override button. The inlets incorporate stainless-steel strainers and an approved single check valve cartridge however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides backflow protection.
