'Hurricane' range of Indirect and direct unvented storage cylinders consisting of factory fitted single or twin coil circuit with either a primary or solar coil. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar@90˚C. The product is supplied with an inlet control group (safety kit) consisting of a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, strainer, an expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and a check valve cartridge (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). A tundish and expansion vessel are also provided. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressures: Secondary circuit 3.0 bar, Primary Circuit 3.0 bar & Solar circuit 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of vertical cased and insulated direct and indirect unvented stainless steel hot water storage cylinders. Fitted with a Caleffi 309463 GLD temperature and pressure relief valve sat at 6 bar & 90°C, and supplied with an inlet control group consisting of in-line pressure reducing valve (Caleffi set at 3 bar) and pressure relief valve (Caleffi CWIC200055) set at 4.5 bar, and incorporates a stainless-steel mesh and an approved check valve cartridge (verified by test suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), expansion vessel and filling loop. Maximum working pressure 4.4 bar. Maximum operating temperature 99°C.
Range of Wall mounted, concealed, manually operated blending valves incorporating brass bodies (various finishes) and a ceramic cartridge headwork and single lever operating member. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 70°C
2D & 3D range of thermostatic blending valves (brass bodies – various finishes) incorporating a 2 way diverter with 2 models having an additional diverter control to shower outlet. The products include various operating members and faceplates. Both inlets incorporate a stainless steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however it has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides adequate backflow protection. Available without or with in-wall fixing box Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves, (chrome plated brass bodies). Models (EG1290 & EG1209002) incorporate a non-rising spindle headwork controlling the flow with a single lever operating member. Models (EG15092 & EG1509201) incorporate quarter turn ceramic disc headworks controlling the flow with single lever operating members. The temperature on all models is controlled by a thermostatic cartridge using a cross-top type operating member. The shower outlet connection incorporates an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
