'BFSC MAS S&MDN 25'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:2.35:0.45 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'SGMAS20111012-01', dated '2011.10.12'. Cure for 19 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ascent-02 Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'Ascent02-2511', dated '2025.11.25'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BAJ0002'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat substrate for 30 minutes@200°C and apply in accordance with manufacturer's Product Instructions 'Version-01 202426 September'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the application and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
