'VALVFIT 001 (blue) & VALVHIT 002 (red) Epoxy Powder Coatings'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'VALVFIT-2412001' dated '12.17.2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP015-UTB'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'PR-CA-00-024' dated 15-02-19. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NF 131118'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-part, water-based epoxy coating. Mix resin and curing agent in a 9:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMCN-V1', dated '20240423'. Cure for 60 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ENDOPRENE® 864'. Factory applied, cream coloured, two-part Polyurethane coating. Mix parts A and B in a 66:34 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '26/11/2024'. Cure for 50 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
