Range of wall hung, gas-fired condensing combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger and pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. The supplies to both primary hot water and secondary are controlled via spherical valves. The boilers incorporate a filling loop assembly which incorporates a double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Primary circuit: Maximum working pressure 2.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 82°C. Secondary circuit: Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Range of gas fired condensing combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger. The cold inlet incorporates an angled spherical valve with a brass body, chromium plated brass ball and a lever operating member. The primary circuit incorporates an expansion vessel, isolation valves on flow and return, drain valve and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. Maximum working pressure of the primary circuit is 2.5 bar. Maximum working pressure of the secondary circuit is 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature for the secondary circuit is 55˚C. Cold supply only.
Hydraulic block assembly comprising a flow sensor, primary pump assembly, pressure relief valve preset at 3.0 bar and plate heat exchanger. Maximum working pressures: secondary = 10.0 bar and primary = 2.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
MJ (Multi jet) range of water meters with either ductile iron (MJF model) or brass (MJ models) blue epoxy coated bodies and EPDM rubber ‘O’-rings. Maximum working pressure16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of ‘Resident Valves’ with a DZR brass body consisting of water meter manifold, an isolation valve on the inlet, a pressure reducing valve (adjustable between 1.5 and 6.0 bar) and 2 non-return valves which are located on the outlet of the water meter manifold. The ‘Plus’ models are also supplied with an isolation valve on the outlet, which incorporates a drain tap. Maximum supply pressure 16.0 Bar. Cold water above ground use only.
