Range of gas fired condensing combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger. The cold inlet incorporates an angled spherical valve with a brass body, chromium plated brass ball and a lever operating member. The primary circuit incorporates an expansion vessel, isolation valves on flow and return, drain valve and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. Maximum working pressure of the primary circuit is 2.5 bar. Maximum working pressure of the secondary circuit is 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature for the secondary circuit is 55˚C. Cold supply only.

Combination boilers and Water Jacketed Tube heaters. Low volume water content. Heat retained in water heaters will cause expansion of water after closure of draw-off taps and valves. Provision for expansion of water must be made to accommodate excess pressure within the system. Particular care is required where check valves are positioned, or loose jumper valves are thought to be upstream of the heater.
