Inlet control group with a DZR brass body, consisting of a pressure reducing valve and pressure relief valve (4.5, 6.0 or 8.0 Bar). The inlet incorporates a stainless-steel strainer, and the outlet incorporates an approved check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The product is for use with copper pipe to BS EN 1057. Outlet pressure range of the pressure reducing valve is 1.0 to 4.0 bar Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 85.0°C
Monobloc manifold containing an in-line pressure reducing valve (Adjustment Range between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, but factory pre-set at 3 bar) and a pre-set expansion relief valve (pre-set pressure 6 bar) housed in a DZR brass body with an EPDM rubber diaphragm. The product incorporates also a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Inlets and outlets have compression connections, for use with copper pipe to EN1057. Maximum working pressure 12 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.

'Hempaline Defend 430'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's PDS dated 'December 2024'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chromapoxy H.B.F.N.Paint Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix base and accelerator in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'NCE/200', issue date '15.01.2014'. Cure for 7 days@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Latigloss 66 H2 G/50 Nat.:0003F2 (appears beige coloured) & Latigloss 66 H2 G/50 Black:3352F2 (black coloured)'. Injection moulded PA66 materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
