Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:1.7:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'JSGL/WI/14', issue no, '02', revision no. '00', dated '29.09.2018'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 4 hours@45°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.

'BELPA CSA 50'. Light green coloured, NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by calendaring. Shore hardness 65. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Miflex Type 103'. Dual layered, extruded PVC hoses comprising of a polyester reinforced black coloured inner layer and grey, red or blue outer layer. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Silvina Grease'. Off-white coloured (opaque) silicone grease. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘DENYL 6 5010 NERO 0300, DENYL 6 3010 NERO 0300, DENYL 6 1510 NERO 0300, DENYL 6 5010 NERO, DENYL 6 3010 NERO & DENYL 6 1510 NERO’. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre filled PA6 materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Grilon AG-50 FWA Black'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA66-GF50 material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Mapex® AN4720SN (+)'. Natural (appears beige coloured), injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
Grilamid LBV-30H FWA natural & black 9225. Grilamid LBV-50H FWA natural & black 9225. Grilamid LBV-65H FWA natural & black 9225. Glass filled (30%, 50% & 65%), injection moulded nylon material available in natural and black colours. For use with water up to 85°C.
