The product is supplied with a filling loop assembly consisting of an elbow shaped copper pipe, isolation valve and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 3) which incorporates an isolation valve. The cold mains inlet and the domestic hot water outlet each incorporate a brass bodied spherical valve with a butterfly handle. Maximum working pressures and operating temperatures: Primary: 16.0 bar and 90˚C. Domestic hot water (DHW): 10 bar and 65˚C. Secondary (space heating): 2.5 bar and 85˚C.
Range of domestic hot water units incorporating instantaneous or semi-instantaneous plate heat exchanger assemblies. The product incorporates a motorised control valve, managed primary and secondary pumps (see model), and a drain valve on both circuits. Maximum working pressures: 10.0 bar primary, 9.5 bar secondary. Maximum operating temperatures: 110°C primary, 85°C secondary.
Ranges of wall hung, gas-fired condensing combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger and pressurised central heating system incorporating an expansion vessel and pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. The 42018UK model is supplied with an optional, detachable shower hose connector assembly which incorporates an integral plastic flow regulator and an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Model 42037UK has a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. Model 42018UK has a maximum operating temperature of 60°C.
