The flexible and rigid filling loops incorporate a flexible hose or copper pipe, isolation valve, double check valve assembly (suitable for back flow protection against fluid category 3). The keyless filling link incorporates a CAB backflow prevention device (suitable for back flow protection against fluid category 3). The products also incorporate an expansion vessel and pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. Maximum working pressure of primary circuit 2.5 bar. Provision for expansion of water must be made to accommodate excess pressure within the system. Particular care is required where check valves are positioned, or loose jumper valves are thought to be upstream of the heater.
