‘EPACRETE EPAPOX 25 & EPAPROOF FPCS WFC’. Factory applied, off-white coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part epoxy primer for use with two-part polyurea coating. Mix parts A & B of EPACRETE EPAPOX 25 in a 100:50 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturers TDS 01.140317. Cure for 4 hours@25°C. Mix parts A & B of EPAPROOF FPCS WFC in a 100:100 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturers TDS rev 01-2023. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polyglass VEF'. Factory applied, two-part, off-white coloured, vinyl ester coating. Mix parts A & B in a 98:2 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2/23' last reviewed July 2020. Cure for 7 days@21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SikaGrout-800'. Site applied, grey coloured Cementitious grout. Mix grout and water in an 8:1 weight ratio and apply as manufacturer's IFU 'Issue No.: 1', issued 'July 2024'. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SABIC® PP PHC 31'. White coloured, injection moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'B1-4773' Lip Seals and 'O' rings. Black coloured, EPDM components with shore hardness of 70. Compression moulded Lip Seals have an in-radius size of 2.7mm. Compression moulded ‘O’ rings have an in-radius size of 1.5mm. Injection moulded ‘O’ rings have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'70 EP111p' Lip Seals and 'O' rings. Black coloured, EPDM components with shore hardness of 70. Compression moulded Lip Seals have an in-radius size of 2.7mm. Compression moulded ‘O’ rings have an in-radius size of 1.5mm. Injection moulded ‘O’ rings have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ECL/EP/50 & ECL/EP/80'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'E7131'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'7571E'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 55. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'JHSX-02'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 1.05mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'VEV1'. Black coloured, compression moulded FKM seal. Shore hardness 70 A. Tested in-radius size 4.45mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
