'ITK-STE 221 (cream coloured), ITK-AL 99 (cream coloured) & ITK-AL96 (white coloured)'. Compression moulded and sintered ceramic sealing rings. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Jindal Saw Limited Ordinary Portland Cement - 53 Grade'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a xx ratio of 1:1.5:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'JSAW/AP01/DISP/PRO/WI-09', version '2.0', effective date '01.05.2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'RAL 5005 Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy Coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '31.05.2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LM-coat'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part Polyurea coating. Mix Part A (KOBECASE PS-6031) with Part B (COBENATE I-362) in a 100:100 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. no: 02', dated '16.02.2022'. Cure for 4 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
