‘Intergard 269’ primer for use with ‘Interline 975’ coating. Site applied, off-white coloured (once mixed and applied) epoxy coating system comprising of a two-part primer and two-part topcoat. Mix parts A & B of ‘Intergard 269’ primer in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS reference ‘206’, dated ‘11/03/2016’. Cure for 24 hours@10°C. Mix parts A & B of ‘Interline 975’ coating in a 2.2:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS reference ‘4236’, dated ‘04/02/2015’. Cure for 14 days@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Safecure Super’. White coloured, spray applied SBR latex solution intended to act as a concrete curing membrane. Apply as per manufacturer`s 'Tech Data Sheet no. 306', 'Revision no. v4', dated '02.01.2026'. Cure for 14 days at 25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘DR-PNL-WT’. Ivory coloured, compression moulded (also known as hot pressed), GRP panel. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Huili-GRP Water Tank Panel (HL003)'. Off-white coloured, hot press moulded GRP tank panel. For use with water up to 65°C.
'VE 90606'. Orange coloured (transparent), injection moulded vinyl ester resin material. For use with water up to 50°C.
'F15222 Center & PHCB042 Center'. Off-white coloured (opaque) silicone greases. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘Silicone Grease A665016, 665016-TUB, A665017, ASG50, AHPSG50, PH041, PHCB041/F15220 & PHCB042/F15222’. Off-white coloured (opaque) silicone greases. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Durethan BKV30F 901510 SR1'. Black coloured, injection moulded nylon material. For use with water up to 65°C.
'ULTRAMID® A3EG6 FC AQUA UNCOLORED'. Uncoloured (appears cream), injection moulded PA66 material. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Grilamid TR ICR 12 LS natural' (appears white, transparent), 'Grilamid TR ICR 12 LS yellow 6908' (yellow coloured) and 'Grilamid TR ICR 12 LS blue 4271' (blue coloured). Injection moulded PA MACM12/X materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Parixit HDPE Pipe'. Blue coloured, extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Parixit HDPE Fitting'. Blue coloured, injection moulded HDPE fitting. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Neproplast HDPE Fittings'. Black coloured, injection moulded HDPE (PE100) fittings. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Hepworth PE 80 & PE 100 Pipes'. The extruded PE 80 pipes are black coloured. The extruded PE 100 pipes are either black or blue coloured. For use with water up to 60°C.
'SAUDI HEPCO PE-100 HDPE PIPES'. Black coloured (with blue external stripe), extruded PE-100 pipes. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Fengfeng Series HDPE Fittings'. Black coloured, injection moulded HDPE fittings. For use with water up to 60°C.
'MD1001 PPR Pipe'. Green coloured, extruded PPR pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Chemiline AE 004 FB 26'. Black coloured, butyl material manufactured by calendaring. Shore hardness 65A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'EP-G70B' Gaskets and 'O' rings. Black coloured, compression moulded, EPDM gaskets and 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.6mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'YL-EA-70'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.11mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
