'ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating Blue & Red'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ZX-9-HY/NG' dated '2023-06-02'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PM6/35/7623 Vitreous Enamel Coating. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply and fire as per manufacturer's datasheet dated '01-2018' For use with water up to 85°C.
'18521 Kanepox Lining Free Blue for use with Kanepox Hardener 0362'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied), epoxy coating for use with Polyamine hardener. Mix 18521 Kanepox Lining Free Blue & Kanepox Hardener 0362 in a 3.5:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet ‘Rev. No. 11’ dated February 2018. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Strongcoat EPW-P'. Site applied, two-component, light grey coloured (once applied) epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured liquid) with Part B (orange coloured liquid) in a 8.1:3.78 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's TDS 06-0020-A-2021. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. Mix and apply coat 2 in the same way as coat 1 and cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
